Asset & Stat Audit Manager

As an Inventory Control and Inventory Manager at Siemens Gamesa, you will play a crucial role in managing the company's inventory to ensure efficient working capital management and integrity of financial records. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the inflow of materials in alignment with the production plan, optimizing credit periods, and keeping tax receivables under control. Regular reviews of the balance sheet and monitoring of fixed assets will be part of your routine tasks. You will be instrumental in implementing Perpetual Inventory Control with a fortnightly frequency to maintain inventory accuracy and support operational procurement planning. Serving as a commercial partner to the Nacelle Operation Team, you will provide financial and commercial guidance, and collaborate on cost audits and annual returns for factories. To qualify for this role, you should have at least 5 years of experience in managing finance and costing activities in manufacturing operations. Holding a professional qualification such as CA, MBA, or CWA is required. Your expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and inventory control will be essential. Experience in SAP and proficiency in tools like Tableau and PowerBI are advantageous. Being a team player is essential as you will collaborate with the Nacelle Operation and Finance Teams. Excellent communication skills, stakeholder management abilities, ownership, proactive approach, and adherence to a culture of responsibility and accountability are qualities we are looking for.
