Asset Servicing Group Manager (EMEA Income) - C14 - PUNE

As the Asset Servicing EMEA Income senior manager at our company, you will be responsible for managing complex/critical/large professional disciplinary areas. You will lead and direct a team of professionals, requiring a comprehensive understanding of multiple areas within a function and their interactions to achieve objectives. Your strong commercial awareness will be crucial in delivering a full range of services to one or more businesses/geographic regions. Excellent communication skills are necessary for negotiating internally at a senior level and externally as well. You will be accountable for the end results of your area, exercising control over resources, policy formulation, and planning. Your role will primarily affect a sub-function, and you will be involved in short- to medium-term planning for your area, including full management responsibility of a team or multiple teams. **Responsibilities:** - Manage multiple EMEA Income teams within the functional area - Focus on day-to-day operational execution and contribute to strategic planning - Handle revisions of communications, notifications, and facilitating postings for Corporate Action/ Income events - Manage regional alignment, develop organizational strategies, and build credibility with regional partners and management - Oversee high priority visible projects, vendor relationships, and resource allocation - Support internal and external clients, demonstrating an understanding of how your area integrates within the overall function - Create and manage budgets, analyze data, and develop solutions to increase productivity - Execute all other assigned duties - Assess risk when making business decisions, ensuring compliance with laws, rules, and regulations **Qualifications:** - 15+ years of experience - Extensive knowledge of Custody operations & opportunities within Financial Services - Senior to advanced level experience in a related role with people management experience - Comprehensive understanding of concepts and procedures - Strong communication skills with a senior level audience **Education:** - Bachelors/University degree, Masters degree preferred If you require a reasonable accommodation due to a disability to use our search tools or apply for a career opportunity, please review Accessibility at Citi.
