Asset Management - Senior Analyst

Key Responsibilities: - Monitor and manage alerts for new congress publications and scientific updates. - Distribute publication alerts promptly to internal stakeholders. - Support the development and review of packs outlining key timings and events for congress attendance. - Provide support in preparing and formatting scientific abstracts and posters for congress submission. - Compile, organize, and maintain comprehensive packs for congress or journal submissions. - Serve as a point of contact for enquiries related to congress activities, publications, and submissions. - Oversee the process for encore presentations, including identification, planning, and documentation. - Support the writing and adaptation of encore presentations and materials for new audiences or formats. Qualifications Required: - 5-8 years of experience in advertising asset management, creative production, or a similar role. - Strong understanding of advertising and marketing concepts, processes, and workflows. - Knowledge of digital asset management systems and tools. - Attention to detail, organization, and time management skills. - Proven experience with Data Quality and Compliance, and Data and Information Management. - Excellent communication skills - accurate, concise, and persuasive, backed by logical thinking.
