Asset Management Consultant

Role Overview: As a ServiceNow ITAM Consultant at Aiprus, your primary responsibility will be to implement and manage IT Asset Management solutions, with a specific focus on Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM) on the ServiceNow platform. Your expertise in ServiceNow capabilities, CMDB, integration practices, and ITIL processes will play a critical role in ensuring the success of this position. Key Responsibilities: - Configure and customize ServiceNow modules, emphasizing on ITAM, ITSM, and CMDB. - Implement and provide support for HAM and SAM modules to facilitate effective asset lifecycle management. - Integrate ServiceNow with third-party tools using REST/SOAP APIs to enable seamless data exchange. - Manage data loading, synchronization, and uphold data integrity across different systems. - Enhance and maintain CMDB in accordance with the Common Service Data Model (CSDM). - Establish, execute, and enforce ITAM policies, standards, and governance frameworks. - Collaborate with diverse teams to align asset management strategies with organizational objectives. Qualification Required: - Proven track record in implementing and customizing the ServiceNow ITAM module. - Proficient in CMDB operations, encompassing architecture, population, and continuous maintenance. - Strong skills in ServiceNow integrations utilizing REST/SOAP APIs. - Sound comprehension of the CSDM framework and its practical implementation. - Familiarity with ITIL principles, particularly those related to ITAM and ITSM processes. - Excellent communication abilities and adept problem-solving skills. - Capability to work autonomously in a remote environment and effectively manage tasks across different time zones.,
