Job Description

As the Asset and Configuration Manager, your primary responsibility is to oversee the management and optimization of IT assets and configurations to ensure alignment with business objectives. Your expertise in Tivoli Workload Scheduler and a strong understanding of IT Security and Marketing & Branding domains are essential for excelling in this role. You will be operating in a hybrid work model during day shifts with no travel required. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and optimize IT assets and configurations - Utilize Tivoli Workload Scheduler for efficient operations - Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless integration - Implement IT security protocols to safeguard assets - Develop documentation to ensure clear guidelines and procedures - Analyze asset performance data for continuous improvement - Provide training to enhance team's skills and knowledge - Monitor asset utilization to maximize efficiency - Coordinate with vendors for necessary support and services - Automate asset tracking processes for accuracy and efficiency - Ensure alignment of assets with IT and business goals - Evaluate new technologies for potential implementation - Support policy development to enhance asset management practices Qualifications Required: - Extensive experience in Tivoli Workload Scheduler - Strong understanding of IT Security principles - Experience in Marketing & Branding domains - Excellent analytical skills for data interpretation - Strong communication skills for effective collaboration - Proficiency in documentation and reporting for clear communication Certifications Required: - ITIL Foundation Certification - Tivoli Workload Scheduler Certification,
