Assembly Worker

As an Assembler, you will be responsible for producing components by assembling parts and subassemblies. You will read and decipher schematics, blueprints, and assembly instructions to ensure accurate assembly. Your key responsibilities will include: - Positioning or aligning components and parts, either manually or with hoists - Using hand tools or machines to assemble parts - Conducting quality control checks - Cleaning and maintaining the work area and equipment, including tools - Preparing work by studying parts lists and gathering necessary parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials - Assembling components by examining connections for correct fit and fastening parts and subassemblies - Verifying specifications by measuring completed components - Resolving assembly problems by altering dimensions as needed and notifying supervisors for additional resources - Keeping equipment operational through preventive maintenance, troubleshooting malfunctions, and calling for repairs - Maintaining a safe and clean working environment by following procedures, rules, and regulations - Managing inventory by checking stock levels, placing orders, tracking supplies, and verifying receipt - Conserving resources by using equipment and supplies efficiently to achieve job results - Documenting actions by completing production and quality forms In addition, you will be expected to work full-time at the in-person work location.,
