Position: Assembly & Soldering Technician (ITI/Diploma)

Key Responsibilities:

· Perform soldering of through-hole and SMD (Surface Mount Devices) components on PCBs.

· Carry out wiring, crimping, and assembly of electrical/electronic units as per design specifications.

· Read and interpret wiring diagrams, PCB layouts, and assembly drawings.

· Conduct basic testing and troubleshooting of circuits and assembled units.

· Follow ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) handling procedures during assembly.

· Maintain quality standards and ensure defect-free solder joints and assemblies.

· Assist engineers in prototype development and small-batch production.

· Maintain tools, equipment, and workbench in proper condition.

Requirements:

· Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, or related field.

· Experience: 1–3 years in soldering, PCB assembly, or electrical wiring (Freshers with strong soldering skills may also apply).

Skills:

· Hands-on experience in manual soldering (both THT & SMD preferred).

· Knowledge of electronic components and wiring practices.

· Ability to use tools like multimeter, crimping tools, soldering stations, and cutters.

· Good understanding of safety and quality practices.
