Job Description

Hi All,

We are Hiring!

Key Responsibilities:

Strong experience in
people management
, day-to-day work allocation, monitoring shop floor activities, scheduling,
cycle time reduction
, and implementing best practices for productivity improvement.
Sound knowledge of
structural jigs, fixtures
, hand tools, and cutting tools used in the assembly process.
Ability to study
manufacturing process sheets, customer drawings, specifications
, and coordinate with support teams to resolve technical queries on the shop floor.
Proficient in
man-hour estimation, time study, line balancing
, and basic costing and estimation techniques.
Working knowledge of
aerospace standards
such as AS9100 / QMS 9001:2008 and EHS 14001:2004.
Hands-on experience with
ERP systems
, preferably SAP-PP Module.
Drive daily production to meet monthly targets. Track rework/rejection rates and implement
corrective actions
to reduce them.
Continuously implement
best practices
to improve
cycle time
and efficiency.

Required Skills:

Ability to interpret
engineering drawings
and understand build-to-print concepts.
Ensure adherence to
quality standards
, support during audits, and ensure
EHS compliance
.

Qualifications & Experience:

Education:
B.E. / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Experience:
5-10 years
Industry Preference:
Aerospace Structural Assembly

Additional Details:

Working Days:
Monday to Saturday (1st, 3rd, and 5th Saturdays are week off)
Shift Timing:
General Shift – 8:15 AM to 5:00 PM
