ITI / NCVT
Experience:
Minimum 7 years in similar profile/product

Joining:

Key Responsibilities:

Read and interpret Machine GA, Layout, Assembly, Basic Electrical, Orthographic and Sectional view drawings.
Build pharma packaging machines and perform logic testing (Drive assembly and sub-assemblies).
Complete machine assembly as per production plan.
Clear trials as per QA checklist.
Conduct IFAT and resolve open points for validation.
Conduct CFAT with customers and close open points.
Visit sites for installation and commissioning.
Suggest innovative ideas to improve machine performance.
Understand basic cGMP and GEP guidelines.
Demonstrate machines at exhibitions with good communication skills.
Maintain logbook for rework and share list post-project for CCN/ECN application.
Exhibit a positive attitude.
