Description
Role Overview: As a member of the Tata Electronics Pvt. Ltd. team, your role will involve overseeing various key aspects related to DoE review, process review, process planning, and escalations. You will be responsible for ensuring effective planning, execution, and validation of Design of Experiments (DOEs), as well as verifying the implementation of process changes and conducting stack-up analysis. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in planning and coordinating development schedules, risk assessments, and mitigation plans to meet customer requirements and development timelines. Your role will also involve handling escalations and ensuring timely resolution of issues that may arise during engineering tests. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct DoE planning with cross-functional teams - Review status of ongoing DOEs and evaluate completed DOEs - Approve or reject DOEs based on corrective actions - Validate DOEs, analyze results, and track ongoing DOEs - Communicate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues - Ensure availability of materials and manpower for DoE execution - Authorize changes and grant permission for DoE execution - Verify procedures during process changes and ensure proper implementation - Perform final reviews of implemented changes - Conduct stack-up analysis, determine requirements, and align with cross-functional teams - Responsible for FACA review including failure tracking, scheduling iterations, validating results, and meeting deadlines - Understand development schedules, ensure incoming parts meet specifications, and plan iterations to meet timelines - Schedule risk assessments and mitigation plans, ensure availability of equipment, manpower, resources, and materials - Coordinate with cross-functional teams for equipment planning and verify feasibility for meeting customer requirements - Map yield against timelines, inspect achievement, conduct DOEs, analyze results, and implement FACA based on findings - Collaborate with FATP team to assess feasibility - Ensure timely resolution of escalations and handle issues during engineering tests such as machine breakdowns, fixture damages, lack of OSS support, etc. Qualifications: - BE/B.Tech. in ME (Preferred), EE, or Mechatronics Additional Details of the Company: Tata Electronics Pvt.
