Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Managing the day-to-day Production in all Assembly lines / Machine Shop as per given C.T and PPC plan, to meet internal & external customer requirements.
Controlling & Utilizing manpower to optimal level.
Maintaining Quality and Safety in the Department by giving training and awareness among the Operators.
Improvement to save the cost.
Assembly (Automotive Parts) & Machining (CNC / VMC / HMC) know-how.
Awareness of Assembly SPMs, Tools, Methods.
Knowledge about 5S /Improvements,
Know-how of Lean Management, TPM.
Know-how In-Process Quality system / Process monitoring system e.g. JH Check Sheet, In-Process Quality record
Know-how to work in ERP system (i.e. SAP)

Preferred candidate profile

Experience in a handling team of approx.20 operators
