Assembly Constituency Manager

About the Role

We’re looking for dynamic and motivated Assembly Constituency Managers who enjoy working on the ground, meeting people and understanding how politics truly works at the local level. This is a role for those who want to contribute directly to exciting, fast-paced campaigns.

What You Will Do

Understand the Political Pulse

• Conduct surveys and interviews to understand the public mood
• Understand local challenges, opposition activities
• Interact with local influencers and key persons to get in-depth insights

Engage and Coordinate

• Work closely with party workers and local leaders to ensure campaign activities run smoothly
• Act as the point of contact for communication between central offices and field teams

Plan and Execute Campaigns

• Plan on-ground execution of campaign activities, conduct training sessions
• Design local strategies and monitor their implementation

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in any field (Political Science, Journalism, Sociology, or related disciplines preferred)
• 0–2 years of work experience; internships or volunteer work in campaigns or social organizations are a plus
• Excellent communication and networking skills in Marathi

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
