1.Fill prepared parts / components into magazines at the set-up workstation according to the work plan specifications. Check parts / components for correctness and completeness (i.e. correct type, part number, quantity), report shortages.
2.Assemble parts and/or pre-assembled components according to clear spec-ifications using easy-to-handle tools and joining techniques (e.g. riveting, screwing, soldering, gluing, plugging).
3.Check the functionality, quality parameters and completeness of the respec-tive assembly contents on the basis of test instructions. Document test re-sults, report quantities.
4.Identify defects in assemblies, products, units (e.g. tolerance deviations, failure, incorrect parts, condition, leakage). Eliminate defects either by re-placing parts or readjusting etc.
ITI- Fitter with 2-4 years of experience in Pumps assembly.
