Job Description

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Data Product Development:
Design and develop scalable data products and tools that enable business and product teams to make better, faster decisions. This includes building data pipelines, modeling layers, and intuitive front-end dashboards or interfaces.
Advanced Analytics Modeling:
Apply statistical and machine learning techniques (e.g., seller churn prediction, propensity modeling, segmentation, and targeting) to solve core business problems.
AI Automation:
Leverage emerging AI technologies (e.g., agentic AI systems) to enhance analytics workflows and automate insights generation.
Strategic Insights Storytelling:
Translate complex analytical findings into crisp, actionable insights for senior executives and product leaders. Create compelling narratives that influence business strategy.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Partner with global analytics, product, and business teams across US and EU markets to define success metrics, measure performance, and prioritize high-impact initiatives.
Planning Execution:
Manage multiple priorities and stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery and clear communication of progress, tradeoffs, and outcomes.

Required Qualifications Skills

5-8 years of experience in data science, analytics, or data product roles
Strong proficiency in Python and SQL
Hands-on experience with Tableau or other visualization tools
Proven experience with machine learning , statistical modeling , and data-driven experimentation
Strong background in handling large, complex datasets and building scalable data pipelines
Exceptional problem-solving and analytical thinking skills able to break down ambiguity into structured frameworks
Excellent communication and storytelling skills ability to influence senior stakeholders through clear and compelling narratives
Strong project planning, prioritization, and execution capabilities

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with AI/LLM-based analytics or automation solutions
Familiarity with modern data stack tools (e.g., Snowflake, Airflow, dbt)
Prior experience in e-commerce , marketplace , or retail analytics domains
Exposure to data product management or working in cross-functional product teams
