.NET Support Specialist :
- Should be managing the team for any technical challenged team needed.- Microsoft technology development experience in C#, ASP.NET, .NET 4.5 onwards, MVC, Web api, Bootstrap, Jquery, Angular, SQL 2012 onwards, SQL stored procedure.- Hands on experience in handling production support tickets from L1 to L4 based on SLA metrics defined for production support tickets as well- Strong knowledge in production support & application maintenance processes related to L2,L3, L4 is needed (Problem Management).- Development Experience required for Continuous improvement program- Good problem solving capabilities in developed applications.
