Responsibilities:
Requirements Analysis: Thoroughly understand project requirements and translate them into clear and comprehensive technical specifications.Technical Specification Creation: Develop detailed technical design documents and specifications for software modules and components.Junior Developer Guidance: Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and support to junior developers, fostering their growth and ensuring code quality.Module Development: Design, develop, and implement software modules and features using Asp.Net and related technologies according to the defined requirements and specifications.Software Testing: Conduct thorough testing of developed software modules to ensure accuracy, functionality, and performance. Identify and resolve any bugs or issues.Support Team Management: Manage and oversee the activities of the support team, ensuring timely and effective resolution of technical issues.Post Go-Live Process Management: Take ownership of the post Go-Live process, including monitoring system performance, addressing any production issues, and implementing necessary updates or fixes.Code Quality and Standards: Adhere to coding best practices, standards, and guidelines to ensure maintainable and scalable code.Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in Asp.Net development.
