ASM/SALES OFFICER

You will be responsible for executing channel strategies and driving business growth in the Beauty and Personal Care industries in Noida or Delhi. Your main tasks will include meeting distribution effective coverage plans through the frontline, achieving perfect store targets to ensure excellence in execution category growth, driving category growth through activations, driving premium station of portfolio through range selling, ensuring customer engagement across channels, and team development. To excel in this role, you will need experience in General Trade, Modern Trade, and B2B sales in the same industry. This position is open to MBA freshers as well as experienced candidates. This is a full-time position with a CTC ranging from 25k to 30k per month.,
