Job Description

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in sales. You should have a strong market knowledge and sales skills to effectively plan and organize your work. Understanding customer needs and having the drive for results are essential qualities for this role. You should be adept at following work procedures and be accountable for your actions. In addition, you should possess strong influence and negotiation skills, along with the ability to establish trust and collaboration with customers. Previous experience working as a TSO, TSM, or ASM is required, with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience as an ASM. The candidate must be open to relocating to Indore, Madhya Pradesh. Experience in the footwear industry would be considered an added advantage.,
