Job Description:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Artwork Team Leader to manage a small design team. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in Adobe InDesign & Photoshop and should be able to deliver print-ready artwork for diaries, notebooks, packaging, and corporate gift products.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of designers for artwork development. Create and review layouts, designs, and packaging artwork. Coordinate with production & sales teams for timely delivery. Maintain brand consistency across all designs.
Requirements:
34 years of experience in artwork/graphic design. Strong command of Adobe InDesign & Photoshop. Good communication in English. Ability to lead a team and meet deadlines.
