Role Summary:

Artwork Checker

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the
R&D team
for
Reference Listed Drug (RLD) analysis
to support regulatory submissions.
Perform
artwork verification
for packaging materials across
Domestic, Regulated, and ROW markets
, ensuring alignment with approved specifications.
Review and validate
keyline drawings
for all packaging components, including cartons, labels, and inserts.
Coordinate with internal departments including
Quality Control (QC), Regulatory Affairs (RA), Purchase, and Corporate Quality (CQ)
to ensure artwork consistency and compliance.
Conduct
PDF proof and shade card checks
using manual methods and
Karomi print proof software
, ensuring color accuracy and design integrity.
Maintain organized records of
client communications
, including
Proofs, CDR files, and PDFs
, for audit and reference purposes.
Prepare and upload
specifications in DMS and SAP
, ensuring timely approval and version control.
Dispatch
signed and approved shade cards
to
Plant QC
for production reference and quality assurance.

Qualifications & Skills:

Graduate in Science, Pharmacy, or related field; Diploma in Packaging Technology preferred.
2-5 years of experience in artwork checking or packaging development within the pharmaceutical industry.
Proficiency in
SAP
,
Karomi software
, and document management systems (DMS).
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work under regulatory timelines.
Familiarity with GMP, regulatory guidelines, and packaging compliance standards.
