Job Summary: The ERP System Administrator will be responsible for the configuration, customization, and technical support of our ERP system. This role requires strong technical experience in ERP software, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and performance of the ERP system. The role also acts as a key backup to the ERP Director & other Technical Specialists. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: System Knowledge & Maintenance: Maintain in-depth knowledge of the ERP systems file structure, workflows, and processes. Understand how K8 supports business processes across various departments and ensure system configurations meet business needs. ERP System Configuration & Customization: User setup and configuration Configure and customize ERP solutions to meet the organization’s requirements. Perform regular audits of the ERP system functions on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. Technical Support: Serve as primary point of contact for application-related issues and provide troubleshooting and support for end users, coordinating with Vendor technical support as necessary. Resolve user issues related to K8; provide guidance on best practices. Log, track and manage support calls logged via the service desk. System Updates & Testing: Assist with testing new releases and system changes with minimal disruption to business operations. Testing possible issues as well as related fixes when delivered. Data Management & Reporting: Ensure data integrity and consistency across the ERP system. Oversee data migration, validation, and transformation processes during new system rollouts or supporting project deliverables. User Training & Documentation: Provide training to end-users and other stakeholders to ensure efficient usage of the system. Document technical processes, configurations, and customizations for future reference and training. Troubleshooting & Testing: Identify areas for system performance improvement and proactively suggest optimizations. Monitor system health and troubleshoot issues related to performance, security, and functionality. Provide expert-level support to Department Heads and Super Users for complex technical inquiries. Backup to the ERP Director & Other team specialists: Act as the primary backup to the ERP Director & other Technical Specialists for technical oversight and decision-making. Other Duties: Perform other duties and special projects assigned by the ERP Director or senior leadership. Tools/Platforms Experience Preferred: • Dodge / ConstructConnect • HubSpot CRM • Apollo.io • LinkedIn Sales Navigator • ZoomInfo • Pipedrive • Opportunity Apps (internal or third-party CRM tools) Key Responsibilities: Immediate Priorities: • Build and maintain a lead generation framework using one or more platforms for: o Project opportunities o National account business, contacts, and analytics •Identify and source leads o Onboard platforms that integrate with Commercial Apps • Conduct weekly/bi-weekly data mining for qualified leads based on pre-defined criteria • Upload leads into Opportunity Apps, assign to reps, and track through CRM dashboards • Ensure lead visibility by updating dashboards for sales reps using Opportunity Apps • Align lead sourcing with sales process to ensure team redundancy and continuity Operational Tasks: • Create, submit, record, and follow up on project registrations for VITL and all Artivo suppliers via Opportunity Apps • Build opportunities for: o GDC national agents o Material Bank leads from GDC and VTC • Maintain an accurate dashboard view of newly entered and updated opportunities for reps Future Responsibilities (as the initial setup becomes effective): • Conduct Commercial Sales Analytics to measure opportunity success and sales conversion • Perform Value Engineering (VE) analytics and propose substitutions based on: o Region o Price o Lead time o Format, finish, and color • Link orders to opportunities inside Opportunity Apps for better tracking • Verify pricing entered in Opportunity Apps against submitted quotes • Manage National Account orders and inventory, ensuring accurate processing and reporting Required Skills & Experience : • 4 to 5 years in lead generation, sales analytics, or CRM-based operations • Proven expertise in using tools like Dodge, ConstructConnect, ZoomInfo, HubSpot CRM, Apollo.io, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator • Strong understanding of sales pipeline, data mining, and commercial reporting • Familiarity with CRM dashboard creation and opportunity management • Excellent organizational and follow-up skills with strong attention to detail • Ability to work collaboratively across Sales, Marketing, and Data/Operations teams Preferred Qualifications: • Background in the construction, architecture, or building materials industry.
