With over a decade of experience in the software industry and a global presence, we have expanded our capabilities across various industry verticals. We are currently looking for an experienced AI Solutions Lead with a solid background in AI/ML and proficiency in developing scalable AI solutions for diverse challenges. The ideal candidate should demonstrate a successful history of translating business needs into impactful AI solutions. Previous experience in Business Analysis, Product Management, or Program Management would be advantageous. Responsibilities of the role include collaborating directly with clients to ensure AI solutions comply with industry standards and regulations. The candidate should possess a strong educational background and a keen interest in keeping up-to-date with the latest AI/ML trends and advancements, particularly in areas such as Large Language Models (LLMs), generative and Agentic AI, and innovative deployment methods. Key Responsibilities: - Act as a trusted AI advisor to clients, identifying business obstacles and delivering AI solutions tailored to specific industry requirements. - Work closely with AI/ML engineers and data scientists to design and implement solutions that meet industry needs while adhering to regulatory standards in data security, risk assessment, and compliance. - Lead the entire AI project lifecycle, from conceptualization to deployment, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks. - Perform thorough business analysis to pinpoint AI opportunities within client organizations, enabling them to leverage AI for improved decision-making and operational efficiency. - Engage effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, presenting AI-driven insights and strategies customized to the client's needs. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field from a reputable institution. - Certifications in AI/ML. - 5+ years of experience in AI/ML solutions. - Previous involvement in Product Management, Business Analysis, or Program Management. - Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and executing complex projects. - Proficiency in data analysis, machine learning algorithms, and Python. - Hands-on experience with various AI/ML techniques such as predictive analytics, NLP, computer vision, and process automation. - Expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs) including fine-tuning, optimization, and large-scale deployment. - Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure, and MLOps practices for AI model deployment. - Experience with tools like LangChain and models from OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Gemini.
