Artificial Intelligence Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Management

• Lead and manage a team of 510 AI engineers, ML engineers, and data scientists.
  
• Conduct performance reviews, provide mentorship, and support individual career growth.
  
• Foster a collaborative, innovative, and learning-focused team culture.
  
• Oversee resource allocation, workload distribution, and overall team productivity.
  

Technical Leadership

• Design and develop AI models and algorithms from scratch.
  
• Implement AI solutions integrated with existing business systems for enhanced functionality.
  
• Provide expert guidance on AI architecture, model selection, and implementation strategies.
  
• Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and uphold high technical standards.
  
• Drive technical decisions for AI platform architecture, tooling, and infrastructure.
  
• Stay up to date with AI/ML trends and evaluate emerging technologies for adoption.
  

Project Management & Delivery

• Plan, execute, and deliver AI projects from concept to production deployment.
  
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders on cross-functional initiatives.
  
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.
  
• Ensure solutions meet standards for scalability, performance, and reliability.
  
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for ML model deployment.
  

Strategic Planning & Innovation

• Develop AI engineering roadmaps aligned with business goals.
  
• Identify new opportunities to leverage AI for business impact and competitive advantage.
  
• Establish engineering best practices, coding standards, and QA processes.
  
• Drive innovation programs and research in emerging AI technologies.
  
• Contribute to AI strategy and decision-making with senior leadership.

Experience Requirements

• Experience as both an individual contributor and a team leader.
