Job Description

Role & responsibilities

AI Application Support Across Functions

Identify AI use cases in Production, Purchase, Quality, Regulatory, and EHS.
Assist in applying AI for predictive maintenance, demand forecasting, compliance, and risk analysis.
Train teams on AI tools and dashboards.

Data Handling & Model Development

Collect and clean data from ERP, SCADA, sensors, etc.
Support model development, testing, and deployment.
Build dashboards and automation tools using Python and Power BI.

AI Tool Integration & Monitoring

Assist in integrating AI tools with SAP, MES, and LIMS systems.
Monitor AI tool performance and suggest improvements.
Maintain technical documentation and SOPs.

Innovation & Learning

Stay updated on AI trends in manufacturing and compliance.
Suggest pilot projects aligned with business goals.
Participate in innovation workshops and training sessions.

Preferred candidate profile

Fundamentals of AI/ML, Deep Learning, and NLP.
Python programming with knowledge of Pandas, Scikit-learn, OpenCV, etc.
Basic understanding of manufacturing processes (preferred).
Experience with Power BI/Tableau and Excel automation.
Familiarity with SAP/ERP systems (advantageous).
