Artificial Intelligence Engineer

We are seeking an AI Engineer to design and deliver cutting-edge solutions powered by Generative AI. The role demands strong expertise in AI technologies, proficiency in cloud-native architectures, and a passion for building scalable, innovative applications.

Role & responsibilities:

Technical Leadership & Innovation:

• Prior experience as an AI Engineer, with significant hands-on involvement in developing solutions using modern Generative AI tools and architectures.
• Develop solutions leveraging GenAI technologies, integrating AI capabilities into cloud-native architectures.
• Assist in the design and implementation of GenAI-driven applications, ensuring integration with microservices and container-based environments.
• Create solutions that leverage the capabilities of modern microservice and container-based environments running in public, private, and hybrid clouds.
• Support the adoption of GenAI technologies within cloud-native projects, enhancing AI integration in cloud services.
• Engage in technical innovation and support position as an industry leader.
• Maintain deep technical proficiency through ongoing learning and practical application, while contributing to team development through knowledge sharing and peer mentorship.

Delivery & Optimization:

• Drive the development of Generative AI solutions from concept to MVP, ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability in cloud-native environments.
• Optimize and deploy AI models for production across cloud platforms, achieving the right balance between efficiency, cost, and accuracy.
• Evaluate and modernize the existing solutions and recommend technical treatments to transform applications with cloud-native/12-factor characteristics.
• Deliver PoCs and MVPs with a focus on quality, performance, and timely execution, showcasing the value of AI-driven solutions.
• Drive strategic adoption of Generative AI and machine learning within clients cloud-native ecosystems, aligning technical solutions with business goals and operational priorities.

Technical Skills & Requirements:

• 2+ years of relevant experience as an AI/ML engineer.
• Strong programming skills in Python, R or Java.
• Hands-on experience with ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn or Keras.
• Solid foundation in Statistics, Data Modeling & Data Analysis
• Experience with data engineering tools such as Spark, Kafka and SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP for AI model deployment.
• Knowledge of APIs, microservices, and containerization tools (Docker/Kubernetes) is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving, collaboration and communication skills.

Desired Skills & Experience :

• Basic understanding of NLP techniques and tools, including tokenization, embeddings, transformers and language models.
• Interest in data engineering for AI : Eagerness to learn about data preprocessing, feature engineering and creating pipelines to feed AI models with high-quality data.
• Familiarity with AI ethics and bias mitigation : Knowledgeable about ethical considerations in AI and eager to implement strategies to mitigate bias.
• Basic understanding of cloud-native technologies and DevOps practices.
