Role Description

This is a full-time on-site CA Trainee role located in Noida at D2C Ecommerce. The CA Trainee will be responsible for tasks related to accounting, GST filing, bookkeeping and ledger entries, TDS filing, analytical skills, communication, invoices, Purchase orders, Internal Audit and ITR filing on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications

• Analytical Skills and Communication abilities
• Experience or knowledge in Accounting, TDS Filing and GST filing
• In-depth knowledge in relevant areas of accounting
• Strong problem-solving skills, Detail-oriented and organized mindset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Working knowledge of Tally or Zoho Books
• Bachelor’s degree in commerce or accounting
• Experience in financial reporting and analysis
• Knowledge of CA internship requirements
• Ability to work in a team and independently
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• CA Intermediate or pursuing CA Finals, whose CA Articleship is completed

Additional Skills will be an added advantage

• Experience with retail-specific software solutions, such as POS systems, e-commerce platforms.
• Ability to work in a Start-up with high ownership.
• Knowledge of E-commerce portals and accounting is a plus

This is a paid training. There will be fixed stipend as well as performance based additional bonus. The stipend will also get revised post 6 months, based on Performance.

The high performing Trainee will get a PPO, and the Internship will convert into a full-time role with a high ESOPs plan.
