Article Assistant

You will be working as a CA-Article Assistant at SP Global Compliance Services and Sandeep S Garg & Associates, Chartered Accountants. Your role will involve closely working with senior team members to assist in auditing, accounting, taxation, and other financial functions. Your responsibilities will include preparing financial statements, maintaining records, conducting audits, filing tax returns, and staying updated with changes in accounting standards and tax laws. Collaboration with clients and team members is essential to ensure compliance and accurate financial reporting. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare financial statements - Maintain records - Conduct audits - File tax returns - Stay updated with changes in accounting standards and tax laws - Collaborate with clients and team members Qualifications: - Accounting and Financial Reporting expertise with a willingness to learn and grow - Knowledge of Taxation and Compliance like GST and Income tax - Strong Auditing and Analytical skills for conducting financial audits and identifying discrepancies - Proficiency in tools and software such as Tally, MS Excel, and other relevant accounting software - Effective communication and organizational skills for client interaction and managing deadlines - Knowledge of applicable accounting standards, tax laws, and regulatory guidelines - Enrollment in the CA program is mandatory - Prior experience in a CA firm or practical exposure to audit/taxation will be advantageous,
