Art/Creative Team Director - Motion Graphics

You will be responsible for leading the art/creative team as the Art/Creative Team Director. Your role will involve motivating and inspiring the art team to maintain consistency in the artistic style and mood with the defined visual style. Additionally, you will establish best practices and methods for the art team, mentor the artists, and provide artistic leadership to drive the project's overall vision. You will also be required to seek sources of inspiration outside the mobile game industry to nourish the artistic vision, oversee the team's work to ensure the expected artistic quality is achieved, and contribute to defining the art pipeline and developing milestones for the art team.
