You will be responsible for leading the art/creative team as the Art/Creative Team Director. Your role will involve motivating and inspiring the art team to maintain consistency in the artistic style and mood with the defined visual style. Additionally, you will establish best practices and methods for the art team, mentor the artists, and provide artistic leadership to drive the project's overall vision. You will also be required to seek sources of inspiration outside the mobile game industry to nourish the artistic vision, oversee the team's work to ensure the expected artistic quality is achieved, and contribute to defining the art pipeline and developing milestones for the art team. Key Responsibilities: - Motivate and inspire the art team to maintain artistic style and mood consistency - Establish best practices and methods for the art team - Mentor and coach the artists, providing artistic leadership - Seek sources of inspiration outside the mobile game industry - Ensure the team reaches the expected artistic quality - Contribute to defining the art pipeline and developing milestones Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in game development and designing - Experience in team management, having handled a team of 7+ members - Proficiency in a variety of 2D and 3D art software and game engines - Strong understanding of color theory, composition, staging techniques, UI/UX - Excellent communication and collaboration skills About Octro Inc: Octro Inc is a rapidly growing mobile gaming company founded in 2006 with a focus on creating productivity applications for mobile devices.
