Description

We are seeking an experienced Art Direction Manager to lead our creative team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in visual design and a proven track record of managing creative projects from concept to execution.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and oversee creative concepts for marketing campaigns, advertisements, and brand materials.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
  • Manage a team of designers and artists, providing guidance and feedback to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Ensure that all creative work is completed on time and meets the highest quality standards.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate innovative design techniques into projects.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in art direction or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software.
  • Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and composition.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
