? Design and refine lesson plans, assessments, and rubrics for Grades 18.
? Develop engaging teaching resources.
? Support teachers through training sessions and ongoing guidance.
? Contribute to creative projects like exhibitions, art classroom setups, and annual dynamic modules.
? Gather feedback from schools and teachers and use it to improve curriculum and resources.
? Collaborate with the Head of Department and team members on department-wide initiatives.
? Researching and staying up-to-date with art movements and trends.
? Generating innovative concepts for art education lessons.
? Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in the subject of Art at a school.
? A degree in Fine Arts, Design, Education, or a related field.
? Passion for both art and education, with the ability to balance creativity and structure.
? Strong communication skills and confidence in conducting training.
? Comfort with basic digital tools (Google Suite, MS Office, Canva, etc. advanced design skills are a plus).
? A collaborative, enthusiastic team player who can thrive in a fast-paced environment.
