Every session follows a STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math)-integrated approach. This approach blends logic, observation, and hands-on exploration with creative expression, making learning more meaningful and multidimensional. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Art & Craft Teacher based in Chennai. The Art & Craft Teacher will be responsible for planning and delivering art and craft lessons that follow our integrated curriculum. They will also prepare lesson materials, guide children through hands-on artistic activities, monitor and assess students' progress, and foster a positive and creative learning environment. Additionally, the teacher will collaborate with school staff to integrate art and craft activities into the broader educational program. Qualifications Experience in teaching Art & Craft and developing lesson plans Excellent communication and classroom management skills Creativity and the ability to inspire and engage children in artistic activities Patience and strong observational skills to monitor student progress Bachelor's degree in Art Education, Fine Arts, or related field Experience in an educational or school setting is a plus Commitment to nurturing creativity and confidence in children Show more Show less
