Job Description

As an Art and Craft Teacher at our CBSE school, your role will involve: - Purchasing art materials and maintaining the inventory of art materials - Preparing and arranging art materials and art equipment in the classroom for students to use - Delivering lectures to students on art, art techniques, art history, and aesthetics - Giving drawing and painting demonstrations to students to teach them art techniques - Instructing students in working with different drawing, painting, and coloring techniques - Providing instruction in the use of pencils, pens, charcoal, brushes, watercolors, acrylic colors, oil colors, and other art materials - Assigning art projects to students, grading the finished art projects, conducting art exams, and maintaining records of the students" progress - Organizing art exhibitions to display the artworks of students and helping them develop their art portfolios Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts or related field - Previous experience teaching art and craft to primary school students - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Passion for art education and fostering creativity in young learners - Familiarity with CBSE curriculum is a plus If you join our team, you can expect a supportive work environment, professional development opportunities, and a competitive compensation package.
