Job Description

The Ariba Supplier Enablement Analyst serves as the primary liaison between McCormick, suppliers, and SAP Ariba, particularly when SAP Ariba Services are utilized. Your role involves approving lists of suppliers targeted for Ariba Network enablement, creating and executing processes related to Ariba enablement, and establishing rules of cooperation between teams and departments. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing an enablement strategy, creating a Flight Plan, scheduling future waves, and setting up timelines. Communication with suppliers is a key aspect of this role, where you will approve and create supplier communications and education materials, as well as lead supplier communications. In this position, you will actively support system testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), manage supplier relationships, and ensure compliance with the supplier enablement program among identified suppliers and internal stakeholders. You will be involved in facilitating supplier training sessions, participating in regular status meetings, and promoting Ariba awareness within the McCormick structure. Hosting knowledge sharing meetings and handling escalations related to your area of operations are also part of your responsibilities. As the Subject Matter Expert of SAP Ariba Enablement module, you will act as the global point of contact, leading and ensuring effective operations with Ariba global Supplier Enablement processes and systems. Your tasks will include preparing plans, reviewing target supplier lists, resolving escalations and issues, and providing implementation support, system testing, and project management. Aligning stakeholders and suppliers with training opportunities, user guides, and FAQs will be crucial, along with reviewing opportunities for data enrichment and content validation. Change management, reporting and analyses, audits, control checks, project leadership, process improvement initiatives, and support for other Ariba S2P modules are also part of your responsibilities. To qualify for this role, you should have a BSC degree, a minimum of 5 years of experience in an international work environment (including internships), experience in Procurement or Accounting, knowledge of SAP (MM) system, knowledge of SAP Ariba system, and previous participation in project teams either as a member or manager.,
