Greetings from HRC Global Services! We are currently seeking a SAP Concur Functional Consultant to join our client's team in Navi Mumbai for the TI Project. This full-time position requires 4-8 years of relevant experience and offers an open budget. The role involves working with SAP Concur modules such as Travel, Expense, Invoice, Intelligence, and basic knowledge in extended product of core module. As a SAP Concur Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for providing functional and technical expertise in ERP system integration tools like HCI, FUSION, PI/PO, ISC/IC, Ariba cig, web service, SOAP, and REST API frameworks. You will be expected to create functional and technical specifications documents for business requirements, including business use cases, flow charts, and test suites. Additionally, knowledge of unit testing, UAT, and regression testing is essential for this role. Candidates with experience in unit testing, UAT, and regression testing are encouraged to apply, regardless of their location. The mode of interview will be virtual, and the position is based in Mumbai. As a Senior SAP Supply Chain (MM) consultant, you will be responsible for delivery of business applications support services (complex incidents, changes, problems & system enhancements delivery) Improving the core practices and documentation for SAP Supply Chain domain (plant maintenance, inventory management, quality management) and production execution and related interfaces with partner systems. Your focus will be the application support (Incident & Problem management, delivery of changes / configurations and enhancements) for the LDC live countries and guiding/up-skilling the other more-junior team members, ensuring support levels and expectations from both management and users are met. Overview The Enterprise Solutions SAP Integration Services Lead role is responsible for delivering, transitioning, and sustaining all application integrations that are being delivered across various projects that use common services and integration technologies including SAP PO, SAP DS, SAP SLT, SAP CI IS, SAP CI DS, and Ariba CIG. This is accomplished by building a skilled technical team to design, build, transition, and sustain each PepsiCo IT project while ensuring compliance with our governance standards and processes. Responsibilities Manages integration development, support, and governance team spread across different regions globally Engages functional and business teams to plan and implement integration solutions and ensures the right allocation of resources Monitors, evaluates and ensures projects are delivered on time, on budget, and with high quality Manages employees in Hyderabad IT hub and mentors team in their career within PepsiCo Provides guidance to team members and ensures patterns and best practices are followed through the lifecycle of the project. Actively engages other IT organizations and/or Business partners to address high priority integration issues and design fit-for-purpose solutions. Ensures compliance to corporate policies and maintains procedures and policies for integration applications in collaboration with other teams Removes roadblocks, cultivates relationships, and effectively communicates across Enterprise at various levels of leadership Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or relevant disciplines with an IT emphasis is required. 10+ years of experience with integration applications with proven business and people results is required.
