Job Description

**Job Description:** You will play a crucial role in spearheading the strategic roadmap and annual competency plan for SAP P2P, aligning them with evolving market trends and SAP's innovation focus. Your responsibilities will include leading upskilling and cross-skilling initiatives for functional consultants, mentoring young professionals for future-ready talent, providing expert SME support for troubled projects, managing talent acquisition, and proactively monitoring resource deployment. Moreover, you will be tasked with establishing and nurturing functional communities in specialized domains such as Ariba CIG, EWM, TSW, MM LE, and WM LE, promoting continuous learning and collaboration. Additionally, you will support new deals/pursuits, collaborate with CoE Sales teams, partner with the Staffing Team and other Capability leads, and demonstrate strong leadership capabilities in managing a capability group of 2000+ professionals across multiple Indian delivery centers. Your role will also require adept client engagement skills, technical proficiency in SAP PTP modules like MM on HANA, WM, EWM, and Ariba, as well as a solid understanding of SAP S/4HANA release features and cross-functional SAP modules. **Key Responsibilities:** - Spearhead the strategic roadmap and annual competency plan for SAP P2P - Lead upskilling and cross-skilling initiatives for functional consultants - Mentor young professionals for future-ready talent - Provide expert SME support for troubled projects - Manage talent acquisition and resource deployment - Establish functional communities in specialized domains - Promote continuous learning and collaboration - Support new deals/pursuits and pre-sales activities - Collaborate with CoE Sales teams and other Capability leads - Demonstrate strong leadership capabilities in managing a large group of professionals **Qualifications Required:** - Bring 18+ years of hands-on SAP experience - Have 5+ years leading S/4HANA transformation programs - Possess technical proficiency in SAP PTP modules including MM on HANA, WM, EWM, and Ariba - Knowledge of emerging technologies like TSW and EWM on HANA - Well-versed in SAP S/4HANA release features and cross-functional SAP modules integration points,
