Job Description

Responsibilities:

Perform
TIG (Argon) welding
on stainless steel,mild steel.
Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and fabrication sketches.
Fabricate, fit, and assemble components
as per design and quality standards.
Ensure
proper alignment, dimensions, and tolerances
of fabricated items.
Conduct
grinding, cutting, drilling, and finishing operations
where required.
Inspect and test welded surfaces for strength and accuracy.
Maintain tools, equipment, and workspace in good condition.
Follow all
safety protocols
and maintain a clean work environment.
Must have knowledge of WPS/WPQ/PQR-Read & Understood.
Must have knowledge of filler wire selection.
Must pass for radiography Weld Joints.

Skills

Hands-on experience with
Argon (TIG) welding and fabrication work
.
Ability to
read technical drawings and understand welding symbols
Knowledge of materials and welding consumables.

Preferred:

Experience in
SS fabrication, pressure vessels,piping, or structural fabrication.
Certification in
Welding / Fabrication (ITI or equivalent).Role & responsibilities
