Area service incharge - Ahmedabad

Key Responsibilities

● Handle escalations from Service Coordinators and monitor SLA adherence and complaint resolution timelines.

● Allocate resources and manpower to ensure timely resolution of service issues.

● Analyze product failure trends and coordinate with vendors for necessary actions.

● Approve replacements, warranty exceptions, and financial adjustments as required.

● Oversee regional budgeting, operational planning, and P&L accountability.

● Recruit, train, mentor, and develop regional service teams, including field engineers.

● Drive service delivery excellence, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

● Conduct trend analysis, strategic planning, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Escalate only critical unresolved issues to HOD with complete case documentation.

Required Qualifications & Skills

● Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or a related field.

● Minimum 3 years of experience in service management or operations, including regional leadership experience.

● Strong leadership, mentoring, and team development skills.

● Proficiency in CRM/ERP systems, budgeting, and strategic planning.

● Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

● Willingness to travel extensively and manage a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

● Experience in electronics, EV industry, or automotive sector service operations.

● Certifications in Project Management (PMP) or Customer Service Excellence.

● Knowledge of field service management systems and logistics.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹27,000.00 - ₹34,000.00 per month
