Designation: Area Sales Officer

Reporting To: General Manager

Work Location: New MPL House, Mehdipatnam Pillar no. 75, Balaji Nagar, Hyderabad, TG

Job Purpose:

The Area Sales Officer is responsible for achieving sales targets within the assigned territory by effectively managing channel partners, including dealers, distributors, and fabricators. This role focuses on lead generation, conversion, relationship management, and ensuring customer satisfaction, thereby contributing to the company’s revenue growth and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote MS Pipes through regular visits to dealers, distributors, and fabricators, strengthening market presence.
• Identify and generate new business opportunities within the assigned area.
• Convert leads into orders and coordinate seamlessly from order placement to final delivery.
• Implement local sales strategies, monitor competitor activities, and provide market intelligence.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with channel partners and key customers.
• Address and resolve customer issues promptly to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
• Prepare and maintain accurate visit reports and update CRM systems diligently.
• Collaborate with the dispatch and logistics team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment.

• Strong knowledge of local market dynamics and product understanding (MS Pipes preferred).
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Effective communication and negotiation abilities.
• Self-driven, result-oriented, and a proactive team player.
• Basic reporting and CRM system proficiency.

Education & Experience:

• Graduate or Diploma in any stream.
• 2–5 years of experience in channel sales, Knowledge of Dealer, Distributor and Fabricator, MS Pipes or steel products knowledge or experience is good to have.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
