Job Description

As an Area Sales Officer for Jindal Panther 550D TMT Rebars in the Kasaragod district, your role will involve driving sales growth and market expansion by building strong relationships with dealers, contractors, builders, and construction professionals. You will be responsible for ensuring brand visibility and achieving monthly sales targets through effective field operations. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed assigned targets in the Calicut district. - Identify, appoint, and manage dealers to expand the distribution network. - Build strong relationships with key stakeholders such as engineers, builders, and project heads. - Conduct regular market visits to track competitor activities, pricing, and product movement. - Coordinate with the marketing and logistics teams for timely delivery and promotional activities. - Ensure proper branding and visibility of Jindal Panther TMT in both retail and project segments. - Prepare daily and monthly sales reports, including market feedback and business growth insights. Qualifications Required: - Prior experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the construction or building materials industry. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders. - Ability to develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets. - Knowledge of the local market and competitors' activities. - Proficiency in preparing sales reports and analyzing market trends. Please note that this is a full-time, permanent position with benefits such as health insurance and Provident Fund. The work location is in person.
