Job Description

Job Role & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for driving sales, market share, and revenue growth in the assigned area/territory.
  • Handle a team of Sales Officers / Territory Sales Executives / Retail Sales Officers and ensure achievement of sales targets.

Key Skills Required:

  • Strong leadership and team-handling ability.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Good knowledge of FMCG/Consumer Electronics/Mobile industry sales channels.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making.
  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver targets.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Graduate/MBA preferred.
  • 5–8 years of sales experience, with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory role.
  • Prior experience in mobile, consumer durables, or electronics sales is an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
