𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻:

We are seeking a dynamic and target-driven 𝗔𝗿𝗲𝗮 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿 with strong experience in B2B sales, particularly in steel furniture, industrial furniture, mobile compactor storage systems, laboratory furniture, or related products.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

✔️ Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

✔️ Conduct daily field visits to meet clients, consultants, architects, contractors, dealers, and institutional buyers.

✔️ Generate new leads and business opportunities in private and government sectors.

✔️ Promote and sell mobile compactor storage systems, laboratory furniture, steel furniture, and related products.

✔️ Identify and develop relationships with government departments, PSUs, private companies, hospitals, laboratories, educational institutions, and other potential customers.

✔️ Manage the complete sales cycle, including lead generation, client meetings, requirement analysis, quotations, negotiations, order closure, and payment follow-ups.

✔️ Participate in government tenders and coordinate the tender sales process wherever required.

✔️ Maintain a strong sales pipeline and update all customer interactions and opportunities in the CRM.

✔️ Prepare daily sales reports, field visit reports, and regular sales forecasts.

Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, technical discussions, order processing, dispatch, installation, and after-sales support.

✔️ Build long-term customer relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 & 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀:

✔️ Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in steel furniture, office furniture, laboratory furniture, industrial furniture, or mobile compactor storage systems.

✔️ Experience handling private-sector and government-sector clients.

Strong knowledge of field sales, lead generation, client meetings, negotiation, and order closing.

✔️ Ability to conduct daily field visits and independently manage the assigned territory.

✔️ A demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and generate revenue.

✔️ Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

✔️ Willingness to travel locally and within the assigned region as required.

Monthly salary: ₹20,000–₹40,000 attractive incentives.
