Area Sales Manager

Job Title:

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for aluminium scaffolding products
• Develop new business with builders, contractors, EPC companies, and infrastructure / industrial projects
• Promote aluminium scaffolding systems, access platforms, towers, and customized solutions
• Conduct product presentations and site demonstrations
• Appoint, manage, and support dealers, distributors, and rental partners
• Strengthen relationships with existing channel partners and key accounts
• Handle large project orders, tenders, negotiations, pricing, and order closure
• Coordinate with design, technical, production, and logistics teams for project execution
• Track competitor activity, pricing, and market trends
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts
  

Key Skills:

• Knowledge of aluminium scaffolding systems
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Experience in B2B / project sales
• Target-oriented and self-driven
• Willingness to travel within the assigned area
  

Education:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, or Business Administration (preferred)
  

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years in B2B / Project Sales (construction or industrial products preferred)
