Area Sales Manager

Mr.Ai Homes is looking for motivated, target-oriented and enthusiastic professionals to join our team as Area Sales Managers in Pune. The ideal candidates should have strong communication and negotiation skills, a customer-focused approach, and an interest in sales and business development.

This role involves field sales, client meetings, lead generation, relationship management and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities within the assigned area.
• Meet prospective customers and understand their requirements.
• Conduct field visits and client meetings to generate sales.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Follow up with potential clients and convert leads into successful sales.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth client handling.
• Maintain regular updates on sales activities, leads and customer interactions.
• Explore new markets and expand the customer base in the assigned territory.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 0–2 years of experience in sales, business development or a related field.
• Freshers with strong communication skills and a willingness to work in field sales are welcome to apply.
• Good verbal communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build customer relationships and work towards targets.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned area for client meetings and field visits.
• Self-motivated, confident and result-oriented attitude.
