Area Sales Manager

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Generate new leads through field visits, cold calling, referrals, and networking.
• Manage the complete sales process, including client meetings, product presentations, quotations, negotiations, and order closure.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, dealers, architects, interior designers, builders, and contractors.
• Visit existing customers and project sites to identify new business opportunities.
• Follow up on quotations, orders, and outstanding payments.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
• Promote company products and participate in exhibitions and trade shows.
• Plan daily and weekly customer visits and manage the assigned territory.
• Maintain sales records and submit regular reports to management.
• Lead, guide, and monitor sales executives and showroom staff.
• Set team targets, review performance, and provide training and feedback.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience

• 3-4 years of B2B/B2C sales experience, preferably in the furnishing industry.
