Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Sales: Drive sales growth and achieve targets within the designated area. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand market share and achieve revenue objectives.
Distributor Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, providing guidance and support to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
Operational Excellence: Ensure operational efficiency and excellence within the area, including supply chain coordination, payment discipline, and inventory management.
Customer Engagement: Provide exceptional technical support and customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and nurturing long-term relationships with key customers.
Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitive activities, and customer needs, providing valuable insights and recommendations to inform business strategies and decision-making.
Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics, providing timely and accurate insights to senior management.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelor's degree in Textiles (Specialization in chemistry or textile wet processing)
5-7 years of proven experience in sales, in the textile chemical industry.
Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, driving revenue growth, and building successful distributor networks.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Willingness to travel within the area as required.
