Manage and grow business through DSA channel partners across assigned territory.
Lead and mentor a team of 5-7 Sales Manager
Drive disbursement volumes for Personal Loans and Self-Employed Non-Professional products.
Onboard and activate new DSA partners and ensure regular engagement for lead flow.
Work closely with credit , Risk and operations teams to ensure timely login, processing, and disbursal of cases.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and suggest strategies for improvement.
Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets as defined by the organization.
67 years of relevant experience in Unsecured Lending (specifically Personal Loans & SENP).
Strong exposure to DSA markets with proven track record of business generation.
Good understanding of credit bureau reports, income assessment, and lending cycle.
Prior experience in handling small to mid-size sales teams is a plus.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills.
Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure.
