Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Area Sales Manager to lead sales and business development activities within the assigned territory. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and expanding the company's presence across hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centres, pharmacies, healthcare institutions, and other relevant markets. The candidate should possess strong leadership, negotiation, territory management, and B2B sales skills, along with a proven track record of driving revenue growth in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or related industries. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute area-wise sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Identify and develop new business opportunities across hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centres, pharmacies, healthcare institutions, and other relevant customer segments. Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, healthcare professionals, hospital administrators, distributors, channel partners, and key decision-makers. Manage and expand the existing customer base while acquiring new clients to increase market share and revenue. Drive field sales activities, client meetings, product presentations, and business development initiatives across the assigned territory. Identify potential distributors, dealers, and channel partners to strengthen the company's market reach. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, customer requirements, and emerging business opportunities. Develop territory-specific sales plans and ensure effective execution of sales and marketing strategies. Lead, guide, and monitor the performance of the assigned sales team, if applicable. Track sales performance, revenue growth, customer acquisition, and achievement of assigned targets.

Eligibility Criteria Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 4–6 years of relevant experience in Area Sales Management, Healthcare Sales, Pharmaceutical Sales, Biotechnology, Medical Devices, Diagnostics, or B2B Business Development. Previous experience managing a sales territory, achieving revenue targets, and developing customer relationships.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
