Key Responsibilities:

Promotion of Oncology Products:

• Effectively promote Symbion Life Science's oncology products to healthcare professionals, including physicians, oncologists, pharmacists, and other key stakeholders.
• Conduct product presentations, detailing sessions, and educational programs to increase awareness and understanding of our products.
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information on product features, benefits, and indications.

Territory Management:

• Develop and implement territory-specific action plans to achieve sales targets and objectives.
• Identify key healthcare professionals and opinion leaders in the territory and establish strong professional relationships with them.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and challenges in the territory.

Customer Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals through regular visits, interactions, and follow-ups.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and product-related queries in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Market Intelligence and Reporting:

• Gather market intelligence and feedback on competitor activities, market trends, and customer needs.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and territory performance using CRM systems.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor insights to management.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, or related field.

Previous experience as a Medical Representative in the pharmaceutical industry & Oncology division is preferred.

Strong understanding of oncology products and the pharmaceutical market. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals. Results-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales targets. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
