Area Sales Manager

We are looking for professional and skilled candidates for our new branches.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement territory-specific sales plans to meet revenue targets.
• Identify new markets, create lead-generation campaigns, and pursue growth opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, builders.
• Introduce products at meetings, presentations, site visits, and trade events.
• Negotiate contracts, close deals, and convert specifications into projects.
• Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate a team of sales representatives.
• Run performance reviews and adapt processes to improve results.
• Prepare and present periodic performance reports and forecasts.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with marketing, production, logistics, and finance.
• Increase brand visibility via local events, trade shows, and design network partnerships.
• Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to adjust strategy proactively.
• MBA fresher/Experienced in similar field
